DroppX is a new beginning.
The world is changing faster than ever. Nevertheless, we still have to wait for days to get our orders delivered to the post office, inaccurate delivery times and huge delivery windows.
In 2019 we decided to found DroppX with the promise to transform the way goods are delivered within cities by connecting business and customers with independent local couriers enabling anyone to get nearly any product delivered in less than 60 minutes.
Nowadays customers expect to be able to get whatever product right when they want it, where they want it and with the flexibility to choose delivery times, instead of six-hour windows where they sit around waiting for something to be delivered.
What we do is help retailers do exactly that. We give them a magic button they can stick on their website or app to offer a fully trackable premium delivery experience to their customers.
How does this differ from the rest?
Our technology is built towards solving this specific problem, and we are not a marketplace, which means that we don’t source customers for our retail clients – instead we simply help them solve the delivery challenge that they face.
We basically can offer a retailer the best of both worlds. They get to keep the revenue, their customer relationship and their data around the transaction, but they get to outsource the tech they don’t have the ability to do themselves and the logistics – which they could do themselves but would be very expensive to scale.
